Monthly Workshop - Hip Mobility

Alicia Haseltine PT, DPT, CMPT holds a monthly injury prevention talk and workshop open to all for free. In Jan, I will be holding a hands-on workshop on hip mobility. We will cover basic education, bur come prepared to move and learn some good techniques to keep your hips healthy and mobile!
