Follow-up PT Treatment

Service Description

If it is recommended to schedule follow up treatments after your Initial Evaluation, your provider will explain that in your Plan of Care. The follow up treatments are designed specifically to your injury or complaint, and may include therapeutic exercise, manual-based treatments such as massage, joint mobilizations, or dry needling, as well as injury prevention and ergonomic considerations. The treatment time cane vary, but every appointment is scheduled for 1 hour. Payment will be due at treatment, but a Superbill can be provided if desired for insurance reimbursement (Not available for Medicare). *Discounted follow up treatment options with package deals.
