Monthly Workshop - Osteoarthritis

Alicia Haseltine PT, DPT, CMPT holds a monthly injury prevention talk and workshop open to all for free. In April, I will be holding a Knee and Hip Osteoarthritis Workshop on Friday, April 25, from 12-1pm at 311 Price street. This will cover education on Osteoarthritis (OA), general anatomy of the knee and hip, and exercises to both treat and prevent pain associated with OA. Starting on March 25, I will be holding a 6 week Osteoarthritis course. If you are unsure about the course, this is a great place to start, as I will answer questions and explain more about the course at the workshop.
