Monthly Workshop - Manual Therapy

Service Description

Alicia Haseltine PT, DPT, CMPT holds a monthly injury prevention talk and workshop open to all for free. In May, I will be holding a hands-on workshop on the benefits of manual therapy, from 12-1pm at 311 Price street. This will cover education on what manual physical therapy is, with hands on treatment including massage, mobilizations, and dry needling. I will take volunteers from the workshop in each of these areas, but then educate everyone on how to perform this on your own, as well as exercises to compliment it.
